We strive to provide service hours to meet the needs and be convenient for our customers. As such we encourage non-emergencies to be scheduled during normal business hours on Monday thru Friday and hold as much of our afterhours and weekend availability for customers needing emergency service (e.g. no heat, flooding, no air conditioning, sewer back-ups, etc.).
Hours of Operation – Office Staff
Monday thru Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - Closed
Hours of Operation – Service Technicians
Monday thru Friday – 9 AM to 8 PM
Saturday and Sunday – 4 hour shift between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM*
Calls to our offices are answered 24 hours a day. Calls received outside of our Hours of Operation – Office Staff (or if all lines into of our office are busy) are automatically routed to our answering service. During our Hours of Operation – Service Technician, you can expect a prompt return call.
Calls received outside of our Hours of Operation – Service Technician will be returned during our next set of Hours of Operation – Service Technician.
Once (or if) the Service Technicians are fully scheduled, additional service requests will be scheduled at the next available opening (e.g. if our Service Technicians are fully scheduled for a particular Saturday, additional calls received on that Saturday will need to be scheduled for a later date) that is convenient for the customer.

*On Saturday and Sunday our on-call technicians pick four consecutive hours between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM to be on-call to allow the technician to meet the needs of their family as well as the needs of our customers.
